This will be a night for all ages to come together for fun around the fire or enjoying the hillsides on a hayride. We will be at the property of Lonnie & Sharon Beshears in Smithville with plenty of room for all.

Chili Cook-Off Basics:
Each chili must have a name (creativity is encouraged), labeled by heat-intensity level (mild, medium, hot, grab a fire extinguisher, etc) and arrive before judging begins at 5 pm.
Chilis will be judged on appearance, taste, and texture.
Each chili needs to be at least 6 quarts (large crockpot).
We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for best, overall chilis.
