Revelation 18-20

“Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war” (19:11).  To a suffering, small, persecuted Church, John declared that their Savior would appear and bring judgment and righteousness.  The One who is “Faithful and True” will not forget those who are His; at the right time, the Bride (the Church) will be invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb (19:7-9).  John’s visons taught the believers that their costly faithfulness would be rewarded.

“Salvation and glory and power belong to our God” (19:1). Our salvation has begun, but it won’t be complete until Jesus returns in glory and power.
