Exodus 36

“And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whose mind the LORD had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work” (v2).  Moses wanted “every craftsman” who was filled with both skill and passion for the work at hand.  The building of the tabernacle was a spiritual endeavor as much as a technical one; the people were worshipping as they were working.  In the end, the people brought “much more than enough for doing the work that the LORD has commanded us to do” (v5).

“For the material they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more” (v7).  As our hearts and lives become unified with Christ, our work (whatever it is) becomes worship to Him.
