Galatians 3:10-29
/“So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith” (v24). If the law couldn’t save, the Galatians wondered what it was for. Paul said that the law was added because people were sinful (v19); it taught them, imposed limits on behavior, and served as a guardian until Jesus came to deal with sin once and for all (v23-24). But now we have received Christ Himself (v26), and together, Jews and Gentiles, learn directly from Him how to live as God’s people by faith.
“You are all one in Christ Jesus” (v28). Male and female, rich and poor, Jew and Gentile – we are united by faith in Jesus, our only Savior.
