Psalm 14-15
/“The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God” (14:2). The psalmist said that while “the fool” says in his heart that God does not exist (14:1), the wise person lives with an awareness of God’s presence moment by moment. Those who seek God ask what He desires: “Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain?” (15:1). We sincerely seek God’s righteousness, even though we often fail (15:2-4).
“Whoever does these things will never be shaken” (15:5). As we love, follow, and trust in Jesus the Righteous, He becomes our anchor in the unshakeable kingdom (Hebrews 12:28).
